B2B :Redesigned the B2B structure using a data-driven approach, simplifying core flows like search, booking, cancellation, and ticket download; adopted Flowbite to improve development speed and product consistency. Recommendation : We added a feature to the flight booking flow. This feature increased sales by 10% and about 20% of users used it during checkout. Bus :We improved the passenger information form, making checkout 15% faster. Adding features like sunlight direction and number of passengers also increased purchases by about 10%. Hotel: Using Clarity, we understood where users were getting stuck. After improving the room selection and booking flow, checkout was about 30% faster and bookings increased by 7%. We also reduced failed clicks. Design System : We created a design system to unify the look and feel across different services. This made everything more consistent and easier to scale.
